Rainbow Over the Valley

As you wonder

Have you ever faced an important decision and pondered, or even been stressed out, as you wonder…

  • Should I trust my gut?
  • Will I regret my decision?
  • How do I even know if I’m making a good choice?

Or are you someone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of decision making:  ethics, communication, leadership, and the brain’s decision systems.

As the daughter of Dr. James Matheson, a Decision Analysis pioneer, I was raised surrounded by founders and thought leaders in Decision Science. My childhood uniquely equipped me with a transformed and lived perspective on personal decision making, and it gave me access to incredible trailblazers.

Last year I created the Founders Series because I had a strong desire to preserve, in the founder’s words, why the field was created, how it has evolved, and share skills everyday people, like you and me, can use to improve our lives through great decisions.

The Founders Series now has a permanent home where you can access our conversations anytime.

Welcome to the Founders Series! Click through and pick a conversation. Enjoy!

    Warm regards,

    Amy Matheson Day

    Co-Founder and Decision Educator
