Rainbow Over the Valley

six steps… easy and repeatable

The other day I was having a conversation with one of our clients who asked, “How do I know if I’m making a good decision? People might not agree with the choice I’m making.”

It reminded me that so many of us don’t know how to determine if we’ve made a good decision and so we just wonder. We might be told to take action anyway, stick with the status quo, or just figure it out. You were probably never taught how to make a decision.

Thankfully, there’s a process that comes from Decision Analysis that actually walks us through the 6 steps required in making a great decision.. six steps… easy and repeatable. And guess what? We’ve integrated not just thinking into the mix, your logical mind and the practicality of making a decision, but also what’s going on in your heart.

It all starts with what YOU care about.

Ultimately, a great decision starts with you connecting to your values.

  • What life do I want to create?
  • What experiences do I want to have?

Be super clear if you are the decision maker and connect to what you want out of your choice. If you tapped into all six areas, and you dug in thoroughly then you know you’ve made a good decision, regardless of other people’s opinions.

If you’re feeling a lack of confidence, enthusiasm, or even time to look at your decisions, you might need a Decision Audit. I’ve opened up some time in my schedule to serve you. We can talk about your decisions and what you’re grappling with. I am here to support you. Schedule a time using the button below.
